"No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul."

"The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. "This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!"
