"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. in melbourne for along a time the staff were very friendly and helpull
and went out of their way to make us feel like home and beyond .very close to all transport and easy way to get around melbourne close to coffee shops and places to eat.
