"We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....

"入り口側のキオスクが1台壊れており、チェックインに行列が。仕方なく並んでいたが、カウンターまであと2人というところで奥側にもう1台あることを知る。もっと声掛けをするべき。
また、事前に預けた荷物を取り出したいのに、チェックインの行列が終わるまで開けてもらえず、結局ホテル到着から荷物を受け取り部屋に行くまで40分も掛かり、ひとつ予定をキャンセルするハメに。
ホテルが古いのは仕方ないが、シャワールームの排水溝に黒い塊のゴミがあったり、掛け布団がペラペラで真冬のメルボルンにはさすがに質素すぎてガッカリしました。
上の階の足跡や廊下の声など全て聞こえるので翌日早朝便だったのに一睡もできなかったので、翌朝早い予定があって早くに眠らないといけない方には絶対におすすめ出来ません。"

"The check in staff were professional and respectful. The room was clean andthe bathroom even though it wad aged was clean as well. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The food at the Bar was great and the musician on Saturday night wasn't over powering and added to the overall ambience. Cannot fault the staff in both the breakfast area and the bar they were fantastic."

"This hotel is ok if you need a night stay to go to the airport. The room was ver small for 5 people and outdated. They were very acomodating when we returned our rental as they picked us up and took us back to the hotel and dropped us off the next day to the terminal.
