"The property is extremely old. Only 2 electrónico outlets, but the wirst of all is that there is no air condumitiing and it was a very hot day. Bad location nothing around."

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff were very kind during check-in. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I realized that I had lost my Gucci scarf while staying at the hotel. The scarf is not only valuable but also a sentimental birthday gift from my daughter, which makes it very meaningful to me. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I went to the front desk to report that I had lost it on the hotel property. The staff said they would try to look for it, but no lost-and-found report was taken and no information about the item was requested. The following day I returned to the desk to follow up and explained the situation again in detail. I was told they had looked around the property and in my room, but again no report was created and no contact information was requested. Before checking out, I stopped at the desk one last time and asked if they could please call me if the scarf was found. I also asked who would be responsible in a situation like this — the hotel or housekeeping — if the item was lost during my stay, but I did not receive a clear answer. I made my reservation through Expedia and I have a Gold Status , so I value professionalism and accountability when issues arise. I truly hope the hotel will contact me if the scarf is located. I am happy to provide any additional information that may help recover the item."

"Walls are so thin u can hear everyyyyything its so loud so u cant sleep. Our water was always cold had to text staff to turn on hot water everyday thankfully they were responsive but very inconvenient. No hairdryer either. It was alright but could be better"

"Good: The room was clean. The staff are positive and try to help. The bathroom and rain-shower-head were very good. I liked the plumbing fixtures. The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and is about a 15-minute walk from a subway station. The hotel is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM. Bad: The first room they gave us was noisy, due to the roof fans that are near all the junior suites. Our suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. The small empty concrete wading pool outside the front entrance of the hotel is a dangerous tripping-hazard. There are no laundry facilities in the hotel, and the laundry service is very expensive. The room-service catering was expensive too. "

The staff are positive and try to help. The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and it is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM. Bad: The first room they gave us smelled of sewage. We rejected it and so they gave us a better room. The lighting in the room was very dim. The toilet was in poor condition and the kitchenette sink was poorly installed. The shower was small and dark, and the water temperature tended to fluctuate. The suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. Even though we stayed in an interior room without any street view, we could always hear low-level background noise. "

"Casa Jacinta is a lovely property in the leafy green Coyoacan area. It is an old house converted into a hotel. Our two bed room was on the main floor, convenient for stairs. It had two beds and was very spacious, with doors out to the lovely walled garden. It was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and Sara the cook very nice. It is easy walking distance to the Frida Kahlo museum and Coyoacan historic center. One tip if taking Uber--there is also a Casa Jacinto! Not the same place! Be sure to put in Casa JacintA."
