"We stayed overnight to make it in time for our UT campus tour. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh and delicious and the room was VERY clean. "

When I went down for breakfast, it was plastic forks and paper plates. But there were also no cups out for coffee or tea. And there was no tea left out. It took an employee 10 minutes to locate and restock supplies. Breakfast options were highly limited."

"My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to".
