"My son and I went for a quick trip to Holiday world and decided at the last minute to book a room. I booked through the app and somehow the date got changed for the next day. While trying to resolve with customer service I decided to just go in and speak with the staff. She was so kind and I explained what had happened and that CS was trying to call. I showed her the conversation and she was able to switch my accommodation to that night. The rooms were very nice but lacks a mini fridge.The decor for the lobby is amazing! It literally feels like you are in a cabin at Christmas time. Breakfast was good, although I wish they would have had oatmeal as a choice but nevertheless it was good. I highly recommend staying. It was worth it."
