I had to stay at another hotel the night before and was worried about the gap between check-out and check-in, but Mackey made sure there was a smooth transition. He responded quickly and was incredibly helpful in getting me an early check-in so I didn’t have to wait around. It made such a difference to my day, and I truly can’t thank him enough. Excellent service and hospitality—Mackey is the reason I’ll be returning!"

"Been coming for years love the place! Vacation sales provided top quality customer service as did food and beverage. Pizza hut too! However front desk needs more training as not clear about charges such as resort fee verses incidental vs room deposit. Check out at front desk associate was rude and short with me. Not friendly at all. Probably needs more training or another job. "
