"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, especially for the price point.
I completed online check-in in advance, but when I arrived, my key wasn’t ready and I still had to wait in line for about 25 minutes because the front desk was clearly understaffed. That completely defeats the purpose of offering online check-in. There was also no easy place to refill a water bottle, which felt like a basic amenity that was missing.
The walls must be paper thin. There was constant door slamming late into the night, going on until around 2am. Not occasional noise, but repeated slamming that made it nearly impossible to sleep. Even my college-aged son, who can normally sleep through anything, couldn’t believe how loud it was.
It didn’t improve in the morning. Starting around 7am, staff walkie talkies were beeping loudly in the hallways, which woke us up. Then, despite completing online checkout for 11am, someone knocked on our door at 8am asking if we had left. That was completely inappropriate and disruptive, especially with my son still asleep.
For nearly $500 a night, this level of disorganization, noise, and lack of consideration is unacceptable. I would not stay here again."
