"Was the high light of our trip, the stay there.We were able to cook out on the grill, the hammock swing was amazing. Everything was there, very convenient."

When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. "Our rooms appliances were very worn. Washer and dryer were very loud when using. No phones to call front desk. Master bathroom door locks were broken and my daughter got locked in. Our main door didn't lock so we had to move a table in Front of it, so we knew if someone was coming in. No pool towels were available on Thursday of our stay. None got cleaned. Then you had to go to the front desk, out of pool area across the street to get them on Saturday, had to wait in the check in line to ask for...

"We had a clean room. Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived but we only waited about 25 minutes before someone arrived to fix it. The property was clean. There were a few hiccups with the elevator not working during our stay, which would have been fine but it was so hot and we were on the top floor lol Overall, it was great, and we’d stay again!"

"This is a very nice, clean and well-maintained property. We absolutely loved our room, from the moment we walked in! It was spacious, very nicely decorated, and smelled fantastic. The small kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony. "The property is very convenient and I loved that there were multiple places to access sitting by the water. My room had a sliding glass door to a porch, but the neighbors are literally right next to us smoking, so we couldn’t use it. The pool was nice. The breakfast was a nice meal with a view on the dock."

"They did not have a room for me when i arrived. Said there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded and ended up paying twice the price for a worst room which was all I could find."
