"Friendly staff. Rooms were larger than most Japan hotel room which gave us a little extra space. Rooms were clean Hotel was close to many restaurants. Would definitely book again."

"Très belle chambre avec magnifique vue panoramique. Bien équipée, par contre on entend les trains circulés toutes les minutes, dommage. Petit déjeuner à améliorer, plus aucune baguette ni croissant à 7.00 du matin."

"The hotel is in a great location to the cool/crazy busy shopping areas of Shensakai and Dontobori. You are also close to 2 malls that have a lot of restaurant options. We had a “compact” room (would be annoying after more than a few nights). Breakfast was nice and all of the hotel staff were friendly and kind. Bed is comfortable but has an odd style of pillow - very hard!! I think it helps keep your neck aligned so was thrilled to not have any neck pain."

"This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM."
