Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs
This property was very busy compared to other dormy locations. Very authentic- no shoes allowed in hotel property. Spa is nice but staff doesn't monitor the guests noise levels. If you are expecting a "quiet" spaces, prepare your mind for "lots of talking" from guests inside spa.

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka
Clean room, there's bathtub. Room was pretty small for 3 pax. Need to play a little bit of tetris when opening luggage. I think 2 pax is fine, but for 3 is quite small. There's small small onsen in the hotel - free for guests. Convenience store is just right outside the hotel. About 10 mins walking ...
