For 2 nights in a row other guests close to our room were being loud, roudy, running up and down the hall, banging on the walls. Hotel staff seemed to not do anything to deal with the problem. There are very few stores available for shopping in the mall. "

There was never any pool towels at the pool. The elevator had not been cleaned with fingerprints and smudges all over the stainless steel"
