"Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk... the housekeeping ladies were so very nice and helpful with the water coming in the door"
"We reserved a room that pictured a bathtub in the main bedroom. The room also was listed specifically as King Bed w/ sofa bed (Large Room). The bathtub was in the bathroom (not as pictured) and the room was a regular size, which was disappointing. The side guest entrance had an AC unit leak directly above the door. You couldn’t avoid getting wet. The couch cushions and the comforter were both stained. There were spilled coffee and grounds on the base of the lamp that weren’t cleaned from the previous guests. The floor had pieces of trash left on it (not much, but still pretty gross). There weren’t any sofa bed sheets in the room. When we called to request some, the front desk said “of course there isn’t.” On the upside, the breakfast was fantastic and the white haired gal running the breakfast area was also fantastic. There were complimentary cookies at check in and the room was kept nice and cool before we got there. The stay overall wasn’t terrible for one night for the price, but the lack of cleanliness in the room, to us, means we won’t stay there again. The pictures advertised should match the room."

6/10 Okay
"We had to ask for another room as soon as we walked in because the bathroom REEKED of pee. The staff was kind enough to immediately accommodate us & upgraded us to a king size room with a couch pullout. However, when we got back to our room later that night, we realized there was no bedding for the pullout. When we called down to ask for it, we were told we had to go down to the desk for it. Oh, by the way, the elevator was broken & we were on the top floor! And it was at 1:15 am. The window had zero blackout shades, so the city lights were shining into our room all night. There were minimal towels. I would give this hotel a 2.5 - 3 star rating."
"Pro: conveniently located. Easy freeway access. Lots of choices for dining within 5min of driving. FREE Parking despite really really tight spots.
Con: Room smells really bad, not just from the cleaning detergents but a stench that would not disappear no matter how long you keep the door open."
"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. We could also hear the people above us walking around and there was a squeaky spot in the floor that they stepped on over and over. They were early risers, about 6 AM.There was also a concert/rave party on Saturday night, which brought a lot of people to the property and there was no parking and a lot of strange characters walking around. It would’ve been nice to know that was happening when we made the reservation. Earlier that day they had very loud dance music playing at the pool all afternoon long and it was not a peaceful place. I think our timing was bad. If that event wasn’t happening, it would be a peaceful retreat location."
