"The room was large with a beautiful hand laid parquet hardwood floor. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Linens crisp and clean, duvet comfy, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff lovely. I miss the full service restaurant where we had been eating since 2007, but the breakfast is still good and the staff efficient and friendly. "The customer service here was top tier. Everyone I encountered was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Having the washer was an added feature I loved, since it was hot we had to wash clothes at the end of our trip, and that helped a great deal. There were constant security personnel at the premise. The location was perfectly in the heart of East Legon, making traveling easier. The rooftop restaurant and bar was also excellent. "
