"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site.
On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources.
Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was huge, clean and modern. There is a free shuttle that goes to Maya shopping mall. Lots of choices for breakfast. I will stay again. "
