"TOP-Service!
Die Zimmer scheinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies ist nicht schlimm und für einen City-Trip sind die Zimmer ausreichend. Man merkt lediglich, dass das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre alt ist.
Die Lobby hingegen mach einen super modernen Eindruck, hier scheint man schon mit der Renovierung durch zu sein.
Warum meine Bewertung dennoch eine 5 ist hängt am Personal. Hier ist man stets freundlich und hilft dem Kunden. Die Koffer am letzten Tag noch bis abends dort zu lassen war nicht...

The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.

"It was quite hot in the room I had due to the weather / heatwave. There was a fan but no air-conditioning or easy access to cooler spaces.
