"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "I stopped there for charging station and it was not working. Frustrating"

"Sparkling clean rooms, heated pool, live music and s'mores every night. My kids loved the slushy machine in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower water that gets all over the bathroom floor because of the half door. Awesome place to stay!"

"Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits."

"The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient."

"This is our go-to hotel when traveling to Pigeon Forge with our 3 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 9. The facility is well maintained, totally family friendly and accommodates all age groups. Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options...

"Room was not cleaned throughout stay. changing of towels was very poor. Electric switches were not working and lighting was bordering on dangerous. Had to turn fridge off because of noise. Food often cold and not topped up regularly. Floor was often a mess where children were allowed to "help themselves" Non service animals were allowed in the eating area"

"Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly."

"Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom."
