"A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

Only two very minor suggestions would be some charging points by the bed, failing that a plug socket. Plus, it would be nice to have a few more veggie options for breakfast. The veggie sausages were the old fashioned potato with veg in kind not a good old Quorn or something similar. Plus I had to ask for it which was a little awkward. However even without these...

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"The hotel check-in was at 11 am and when we arrived we asked them to let us stay for an extra hour and we would pay for it for two hours. But from 11:30 they called us every 10 minutes and asked us to check out as soon as possible. This is not professional at all… and they charged us £50 for an hour and fifteen minutes"

"Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!"

"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family.
