"Room very well kept with all provisions… the water and coffee provided daily was a very nice touch following a very kind complimentary room upgrade. Great views from the 15th floor! Staff very courteous and happy to help. (Friendly feedback… hot breakfast items not great and tough to eat, as they seem to be cooked up early and left to dry out under the heat lamps). "

The room was clean and had everything you would need. A comfortable bed also made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel was also in a great location to reach anything I could need. Highly recommended. The room itself was a bit cold. When I reported it, maintenance were sent promptly. However the problem remained. The heating vents were blowing out cold air. I will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay. "

"Clean room which had a shower but communal toilets, not a problem. Cheap stay for the footy close to bus stops but a bit out town, maybe 20 mins on the bus. Secure building friendly staff would stay again. Cheers"

"Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."

"We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Room was excellent, As ere all the staff spoke to. Breakfast was good and well set to. Only around 10 minutes to walk to the Lime Street Station, or Centre of Liverpool . Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend for a stay in Liverpool.. "
