"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. "Housekeeping was good. Very clean room, only issue was the carpet that needs a good deep cleaning. As a Housekeeping executive myself the room cleaning and towel whiteness was very good. - Asian lady at breakfast was very controlling makes you feel kind of uncomfortable constantly watching what you are getting."

"Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels."

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. "Purchased 2 beds for a night as we are no where near from here, I sent a message that we would be late like they asked and we never got a reply back. We went to the hotel and waited calling for about a hour and a half and all calls were declined. We had to sleep In the car at a rest stop."
