"Me and my family stayed here twice over the past three weeks and we really enjoyed our stays. In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult. The staff (in general) were pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in a stadium facing room, which the kids loved but the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurb. One of our bathrooms had water damage on the ceiling, which was concerning and issues with the toilet but the property manager was great and fixed the water issue for us promptly. The staff covering the bar in the evenings were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The rooms are also pretty sound-proofed. Things to improve: Free or discounted parking would be appreciated, especially for longer stays and a mini fridge and a safe in the room would be great."

"The room was brutally hot during our stay, which didn't make for restful sleep. However, the staff were brilliant and provided us with brand new fans, and bottles of cold water which helped the kids get to sleep. The room itself is in need of a deep clean. We had a family room - the beds were really comfortable with clean bedding and towels. All of the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and accommodated my requests, which really improved our overall experience here. Please install ac in the standard rooms because the location is so convenient but the lack of air con would put me off staying here again during summer months. Thank you to Susanna for being awesome today!"

"Check in was made easy as I bumped into the handy man at the property and he was super helpful, thank you! The flat was well equipped and comfortable. The main down side was that it is directly opposite the Pear Tree pub. Clientele at the pub were outside and raucous until 2am which was very disturbing especially as I needed to be up for work by 6am. I did mention it when I left and the response was that it is a student pub and they are on holiday so it does get noisy....which was a shame."
