"Best idea was to make a reservation at this fine establishment. The Rose Festival parade was going on during this time. The general manager reached out to remind us to check in early. This was great communication and resulted in a fantastic evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was inoperable due to someone vaping in it. That definitely made it challenging since my room was on the 10th floor. No worries, I got my steps in and all was well. Thank you for the memories. Great games, great service. Marc"

"The hotel is great, nice restaurant too. However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling. We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and it’s free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well. Staff was helpful. Hotel is very clean and nice."

"Everything was fine. Convenient location ... clean rooms ... helpful staff. We stayed a week and had one week end day where the breakfast was not good as it seemed they were short-staffed and food service was not very good. If not for this one morning foible the stay was "excellent"!"
