"I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. "Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

Mold in the toilet and in the shower, soap scum on the mirrors, soap dish, and around the faucets, fridge was dirty, floors weren't swept or mopped, bottom of toilet was disgusting, and there was even dust on the a/c. When tried to bring it to front desk attention Virginia didnt want to hear the complaints."
