"Beds were comfortable and pillows were comfortable. The wall outlets in between the beds were nonfunctional. Shower tub was in fair condition, the tub floor was peeling on the sides. Shower curtain did not fully cover tub across the shower rail. The provided safe box was nonfunctional, no way to lock the safe. Continental breakfast was not great, hotel only provided mini bagels, banana, bananas cereal, and microwavable sausage biscuits. "

"Great manager, Lorry at front desk were exceptional. Most of the staff could benefit from a customer service skills seminar. Cleaning service mediocre, when we returned to the room the body wash and shampoo bottles were practically empty. I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and asked if it could be changed and was told that it could only be changed after I checked out. Also, not very helpful with the exception of Valeria and the African American tall young man which name I can recall at this moment. Unfortunately I rated it 3 stars because of my experiences above. "

"I did get woken up at 7:30 in the morning and our checkout time was at 11:00 to ask if we're checking out. Then again the door knock 30 minutes after asking about door keys. Really upset my wife on our anniversary. Comfortable beds though. I'm very close to many places. "
