"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"Tub would not drain, had standing water. No shampoo. No additional toilet paper, almost none left. Huge swaths of paint missing."

"The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food...

"The website indicated that they had a pool but at check-in I was told that they remodeled the previous year and the pool was removed. We would not have stayed and paid a premium price for the hotel room if we knew ahead of time that there was no pool. The desk clerk did not provide extra blankets when requested. The clerk provided sheets and tried to tell me that they were blankets. We will not stay at this hotel again."

"We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend"

"Listed as a 3-star hotel. 2-star would still be a lie. Rooms were not cleaned properly, hair in the corners of the bathroom and debris along the sides of main room due to not being vacuumed properly. Only one towel per room, staff said they could give us only one more. Pervasive smoke and weed smell throughout the hotel including in nonsmoking rooms. Looks like it was a nice property once upon a time but near abandoned condition now. Would have gotten a refund and found somewhere else if it had...
