"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "

"The hotel sign is faded and barely visible we went right passed it initially. Room condition old, carpet ripped up in the corner very dirty. One of the blinds on the window had holes. Walls stained. One elevator and we were in a room on the 12th floor, the elevator very slow. We took the stairs going down but not going up. The bathtub crusted dirt with rust stains around the drain. We arrived 15mins early and the receptionist looking down at the computer telling us we will do check in in a 15 minutes. There were some other guests waiting as well. The clock on the wall said 3:00pm, but it was actually 2:57pm and I was again turned away. Customer services very poor, upon check in. Check out and breakfast staff much more pleasant. "

"All but one staff member were polite, gracious, and helpful. Location is superb with subway access, shops, and Central Park nearby. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Sí, me gustó mucho que me cambiaron las toallas, me pusieron limpias. Sacaron la basura del cuarto y el aire acondicionado estuvo funcionando muy bien todo el tiempo y si respetan mucho de qué no huela cigarro el área si tú lo pides y el estacionamiento me quedó cerca de donde estábamos, no tienen estacionamiento, pero sí, me quedó muy cerca y estuve muy contenta en la estancia "

"The front desk associate was very welcoming. We were able to get our room earlier than check in which was great because it was raining outside. The lobby was very nice. We didn't go to the bar lounge because it opens at 5pm and closes by 11pm and we had plans that evening so on our way back to the hotel from Lincoln Center we stopped at a bar for a nightcap knowing the bar would be closed. The bar lounge had a very nice vibe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming. However, the guest rooms are beginning to feel a bit dated. My primary concern was the elevator wait times, on our final day after waiting 30 minutes, we ultimately had to use the service elevator. While the hospitality is great, the building infrastructure could use some modernization."

"The lobby setup with the street and the cafe is nice. The room size, I guess for Manhattan hotels, are standard, meaning smaller than regular vacation hotels. Towels could be more creative than the plain white, and thicker. Maid service was quick in the morning, so no waiting until later in the day to see that your room is cleaned. Access to restaurants was right there and there was a CVS right across the street. One thing, and it may be just a rarity, or something I could have picked up elsewhere, was bug or bed bug bites. Even saw one bug in my suitcase, miniature in size in my suitcase when I got home, but I can't definitely say that they were coming from the hotel."

"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "
