"I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. "Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure."

"All I really care about is a clean room. It was fine-ish, but when the staff came to clean our room after having to request a cleaning, they sort of made the bed, tossed some towels in the bathroom, emptied some of the garbage and left the rest. Towels on the ground, trash left in random places, nothing wiped down. It was less than bare minimum. Super disappointed. They were not well equipped to handle the busy weekend. Also, the buffet breakfast for $15 is every other hotel’s complementary...

"The breakfast was delicious—much better than expected. The hotel had bikes that we were allowed to use for free. There were some awesome bike trails nearby and we enjoyed exploring them. The light rail was inexpensive and very convenient, although it seems as though it will be replaced with buses for the month of July to allow maintenance of the tracks. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were some tempting restaurants within walking distance."

"My overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. I wish that the Hotel staff had explained to me that the hotel was connected to our major indoor shopping area, which I only discovered on my last day there, but would have made my stay more pleasant to know from the beginning. This is actually a major attraction of the hotel and they are underselling the Hotel by not telling guests about it."
