"The studio was clean and comfortable, nice bed and linens. Kitchen had all necessities if you want to cook but many restaurants around. The coffee maker took pods so a few coffee pods would have been nice. Probably being picky as everything else was great."

"It is a beautiful small hotel.. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. They had coffee, tea, snacks upstairs. The street was noisy (as expected on a Friday and Saturday night) but we woke up to bird songs in the mornings. Parking was easy across the street in the underground garage. We did not see anyone at the reception but it was super easy to get in and check out.

"I would say about the property is the bathroom could have two towel racks instead of one small one. Love the concept of having the open supplies to top up in this suite. The rooftop amenities were lovely. The building itself and the suites were on point."

"The Birks is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very comfortable room and bed; we were on the quiet side but might have preferred the side on Square Phillips, for the light. Housekeeping comes every day, several times in fact. The bistro, Henri, is very good and it's nice to have the option right in the hotel"
