"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. The dining room was very cute with lovely decor and it was fantastic to have...

"The area is superb, plenty to see and do and Brighton is less than an hour away by car. Rob and Emma went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. Couldn't be happier with a bank holiday stay and would go back in a heartbeat."
