"Our stay was just ok. The carpet in our room was wet from the bathroom to the door. Service desk not able to move or provide different accommodations. On the first floor and black out curtains only go halfway. We could see people walking in and out of the building. We would have preferred more privacy with our room near the entrance."

"They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds.
