"We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...

"Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room."

"We were there for a family reunion and had 7 rooms booked. The owners were amazing at planning our rooms close together! They were so easy to talk to and quick to help with anything we needed. They are friendly, polite and in general, amazing! The building was very clean! Breakfast was a "grab and go" setting but we didnt go hungry, good breakfast options, fruits, cereal, toast, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cheese strings and fresh donuts! I would recommend everyone come stay here when in...

"Once again, another hotel floor that has never been cleaned. My son's feet were coal black from walking around barefoot after taking a shower. I had to request that they mop and vacuum the floors."

"The shower walls have a lot of soap scum, and you could remove it with a razor blade. Also, the shower floor was dirty. You can tell they don't clean the shower at all. O e more thing my son's feet were black from walking around barefoot, so the floors need to be cleaned too."
