"room reeked of weed. beds were small. workers are a bunch of kids in their mid 20s who sit around at the bar blasting music and hanging out. no bell carts available. ice machines didn’t work."

Second: No secure internet - with hacking coming from all different directions, it is important for me to protect my information from unwanted sources, but I couldn't do that with the presnet WI-FI available!"

"Room clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs help. No waffle maker, egg omelets are the frozen ones and they actually served bully beef (can corn beef hash). The hot breakfast needs adjusting. However it should not stop you from staying here the overall hotel is OUTSTANDING. "

"The renovation seems to be taking forever. Charging a "parking fee" and then offering to waive it in exchange for a Google review is poor form. Don't nickel-and-dime your customers. It probably won't deter me from staying again if the room rates stay reasonable, but it doesn't make me feel good about it."
