"We booked the cheapest double but paid £30 to upgrade on check in. The hotel is huge and it was much more grand than I was expecting. The room was still the smallest I think I’ve ever stayed in even though it was an upgrade. Small and functional with a nice en suite and good toiletries (large dispensers). The room didn’t have a view but the bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine was nice. We didn’t have breakfast and I’m glad because the queue was huge as we left around 9.30. The cocktail bar was nice although the staff seemed to be lacking in customer service. Overall a good stay and a hotel we will return to in the future. "

"We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel. We thought the cost was too much. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small but ok for a short visit. The room was way too warm. Temperature control was practical non existent and very little air circulation. We give kudos to the hotel’s location. Close to the tube and bus routes. "

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning. The evenings we joined them for the wine and cheese which was fantastic we are not big wine drinkers so we settled for coffee and tea. The night before we left we wanted to have it in the room and one of the staff was so kind to get a tray and they carried it upstairs for me. I can't say enough about this hotel and when I return to London I will definitely stay here again."
