"We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future."

"I am giving this hotel a 1-star overall rating because my stay was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It felt very damp and had a strong mold and mildew smell the entire time we were there. It got so bad that my wife and I had to make a trip to Walmart just to buy DampRid and Lysol Air Sanitizer spray to make the room somewhat bearable. "The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good, coffee was fresh. If you do not shower nightly while there is hot water, "DO NOT EXPECT ANY HOT WATER BY MORNING", there is none. The only hot water you will have is at the sink. I feel that is very poor being that this is not a big or huge hotel, it only has one elevator, and it is slow. Thanks, but no thanks. Nice stay for cleanliness, terrible stay for hot water to shower."

"They said breakfast was included but all the provided was cereal. The room smelled like mold, the carpets were sticky and I was so disappointed about the breakfast because we stayed there for four days. The bed is comfortable."
