"Nice single night stay. We arrived early and inquired whether we could check baggage or if any rooms were prepared, the staff was polite enough to explain neither option was capable however we could park while we left the property for the better part of the day. Everything was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Location was extremely convenient. I used to work in the area and it was not the best, but this hotel has gone to lengths to improve the ambiance. They also provide a coupon for the Denny's restaurant next door. If you are seeking a luxurious stay in a resort I recommend looking somewhere else, but if you just want a good night's rest and feel safe for a couple days this joint excels. I didn't enjoy the pool, but it looked nice and maintained. "

"I stayed here recently and I was not pleased with my experience especially spending $600+ here. One, we never got house keeping to come by to clean our room for the 4 nights we were there. The do not disturb sign was not on our door. The bathroom had some water mold in the corners, as well as a dirty bathroom floor. The bed exposed the mattress topper that had yellow stains on it. Some of the towels had stains on it. The complimentary wifi was not working even when signing into my Hilton account. The only upside of the stay was the breakfast but outside of that I probably would’ve found another place to stay at. "

"First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security. Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable. There were also multiple maintenance issues: The ice machine on my floor was not working The hot tub was out of service Staff informed me there was no maintenance personnel available overnight When I contacted the front desk regarding the broken door and safety concern, I was told I would have to wait until 6:00 AM for assistance. This response was unacceptable given the seriousness of the issue. To make matters worse, there was a high-speed police chase that ended directly in front of the hotel during the night. Given that my room was not secure, this situation significantly increased my fear and anxiety and prevented me from sleeping at all."
