"I can’t talk enough of the spa and swimming pool access option of the hotel! You will not regret it! It’s just a great way to end our wonderful time at Lyon with some self-care in their amazing spa facility. It’s also super nicely managed and clean. Especially in love with their Grotto pool. Breakfast is also nice and just what we needed. Love the laundry room that allowed us to do some laundry for a family trip. "The facility and room were nice. A couple of things to consider - it is out of the Lyon city center and takes a bit to get to. Also there are limited options for dining in the area. Construction was going on behind the hotel that started early so that was pretty disruptive, but not something in the hotel's control. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And there was a laundry right across the street!"

"‘This is not a hotel’ is the first thing the hostess told us when she first called. The villa indeed is their own home and this is made very clear during our stay. The hostess treated our kids as a strict schoolteacher and to top it all off at the end of the evening also yelled upstairs that we were playing with the heating, which we were not. In the Summer this place might be nicer with the outside pool but in the winter this would not be suitable for a family vacation.
