"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"Nous avons été mal reçu par la réceptionniste en poste. L'hôtel venait d'être vendu et elle ne retrouvait pas notre facture qui était déjà payée et ne voulait pas faire les recherches.
