The floors in the room were dirty and covered in hair upon arrival. The mini fridge wasn’t working. There was broken decor in the room that made it seem run down. "The hotel is nice but the neighborhood is not great. And the room I had was the darkest I have ever seen. Terrible lighting everywhere. Impossible to do your makeup in the bathroom, it was way too dark."

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind, rooms are a bit on the smaller size- but to be expected in Europe! But they were clean and comfortable and updated!
