"It was OK overall there wasn't really anything to write home about. The breakfast was really good. The room was dated and the sheets had stains on it, which were not great. It was also very small and crampy."

"Had to go to front desk to figure out how to turn on the shower. They had a laminated placard with a diagram which tells me they get the question all the time and begs the question, why not have the diagram in the room?"

"We have stayed here several times. Over time the maintenance of the place seems to have gone down hill. On this past stay, the refrigerator in our suite was very loud. When running the hot water out of the faucet in the restroom the faucet made a screeching noise and the water tasted so bad we could not use it to brush our teeth. We made the best of it as we were just there for a quick overnight. At breakfast the waffle iron was either not working or they were out of mix, not sure which. The chairs in the dining area were stained and sticky with maple syrup. More attention to detail seems to be needed. One positive note - he beds are very comfortable and that is what is most important to us. We are in the area often, but may look elsewhere before booking again."

"Rooms were dirty and uninviting! Lobby decent, staff friendly but…In the room the floors were sticky, walls were dirty, no tv remote, no trash can, uncomfortable bed and pillows, blinds were broken causing street lights to shine in the room. Elevator had a strong chemical smell which made it intolerable to use. Not enough towels provided for the number of guests and the only way to receive more towels from the front desk was to bring them our used towels. No extras of any kind. Very disappointing and not worth $100 a night. Would not recommend! "

"This was an amazing stay, especially for the rate we paid. The rooms were freshly renovated it seemed, the staff was super polite and friendly. There really isn’t anything I could say as a focus area for this location other than perhaps the pool had a little bit too much chlorine it seemed, but perhaps that’s the level it needed to be at for sanitary conditions; I’m not sure, not a pool guy.. All in all of me really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious (pancake maker and they received their waffle maker as well! My three daughters and I loved it! A special shout out to the front desk staff-especially Dawayne-he was such a pleasure, and the housekeeping staff as well. Many of places we have stayed at, they are not very friendly. I have a bad habit of demagnetizing my key card for our room (keep them away from your cell phone!) and the housekeeping staff typically can’t be bothered to help me at other places we have stayed. Some of them are outright rude. Everyone at this location, including the housekeeping staff, were so polite and friendly. I cannot stress that enough-it was a really nice place to be; we stayed for the long weekend, Friday through Monday. A delight!"
