"Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean.
My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. You could not exit. The gate would not open. We, and others, had to exit through the entrance gate multiple times, even the day after I told the front desk it wasn't...

"There was a very bad ladybug infestation in my room (the weirdest thing I’ve ever encountered!) they were also in the hallways, but I was told it because of the time of the year and they gave me another room from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor—the 3rd floor room felt like I was at Motel6 instead of The Westin. Did not enjoy my stay here at all, and it had great potential if I hadn’t had those 15+ crawling ladybugs all over my room and sleeping area. "

"At first, the hotel seemed fine. Basic, but suitable for our needs. But, there were signs. The first was that a woman was demanding a refund when I was checking in.
