"We had 2 rooms, and one had a faint smoke smell, same as the entrance and lobby. We had a lot of trouble with the door keys for both rooms, as did the staff that tried to help us. The halls were very warm, and while the AC in the room worked well it made leaving the room uncomfortable, especially when we got locked out a couple of times! Breakfast was good. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine."
