The downside - the AC unit was so loud it felt like I was sleeping in a wind tunnel and there was no AC in the main bedroom so the room got very hot. Beds were not all that comfortable. "This place is disgusting. Immediately upon arrival I asked the woman why there were hardly any lights on as it was beyond dark. Basically got a smile and nod. I asked to view the room before committing and that was a hard no and with the lack of options due to evacuees I filled the parking pass and went up to the room. "Kinda meh stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Property is okay. We stayed in a king room. I wouldn't call it a well renovated room. Pretty noisy and can hear the rooms above you and on the side. I was skeptical of the security. The door adjoining the rooms together was unlocked and unless I had a key couldn't lock it. Assumed the other side was locked. The entry door strikerplate was non existent and had a fraction of wood holding the door closed. Small screws held the safety lock in place. Easy...
