"Property was clean and staff were friendly. Good breakfast."

"Good experience"

"Loved rhe pool and hot tub. Need to fix you hot tub jets. Bigger towels in the pool. More comfortable top cover on bed,was kinda ruff. Coffee was terrible. Complimentary water would have been nice. Used the mini fridge and it froze everything inside."

"Beautiful rooms and amenities."

"The rooms were very clean and nicely renovated. Our first night was sleepless due to the noisy ventilation system in our room. In the morning we shared our experience with the hotel clerk. She was apologetic and quickly gave us a different room which was a slight upgrade and arranged a ‘no charge’ for the inconvenience. We would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a moderately priced accommodation which is quiet, no perfume/strong scents, clean and comfortable in a nicely renovated...

"This is a great little gem! Clean, well maintained, Great staff. Close to Salmon Arm with a quick drive in to town."

"This is not a place to stay at if you want value cleanliness. The windows were dirty from insects and there were dead insects on the window sills as well as live insects. The jacuzzi tub was not maintained ….. no drain plug and the timer did not work. There was candy from previous guests and sandwich wrap on the floor near one of the couches. The breakfast was equally disappointing ….. coffee was very strong and bitter, eggs were dry, and the dining area felt unclean. We regret staying...

"Would stay again! The bed is comfy and clean bathroom.I just wish the Breakfast have eggs and bacons"

"My review is a little delayed. We stayed here at the begining of Septemeber for my fathers funeral. This was ideal for our family all from across Canada. For those who fly in they even have a shuttle for airport pick up and drop off. Easy access in and out of the property, ample parking, dining options are endless; chinese food, sushi, c-lovers, funky pub across the street and more. Grocery store across the street. The onsite restaurant was great, it had many meal size options and variety....

"Flooring and rooms just redone. No carpet which is clean but a bit noisy in the hallways. Biggest let down was no hottub or sauna as was advertised by Expedia (and their sign still indicates a hottub too). Clerk explained they have had bad years due to COVID and the Jasper fires. Outside of the motel is kind of run down. There is a bar attached which had a really good menu. Very tasty. We didn’t get to have the complementary breakfast because a team was in before us and the waitress said it...

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I liked the two types of curtains, easy access from the side of the building, hot tub, food truck on site, near a late night gas station with lots of amenities, etc..."
