"Couples San Souci has it all! I pre registered as the resort requested and let them know it was my partner’s and my anniversary and we had a lovely note and bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival. Our room was spotless and Jacquline, our housekeeper, kept it that way our whole stay. Turndown service at night was a nice touch and welcome after we came back every evening exhausted from enjoying the superb entertainment the resort put on nightly. Jamaican night was an experience we will not forget. Shanae was amazing and engaged everyone! She was actually the reason we went to all the entertainment nights. Her fun energy made us want to check everything out! All bars and restaurants provided quick service with a smile. The pools were clean and rarely packed. It was always easy to find a spot on the beach or by a pool. The vibe of this resort is total relaxation in a fun and flirty atmosphere surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. We had no issues with the daily mini fridge restock and were able to get all items requested through the site provided by scanning the QR code on the screen. We did the snorkeling excursion which was part of the activities included in the price of the resort. It was really cool to snorkel a shipwreck and the coral reef. We swam in the ocean, the main pool and the mineral pool. The mineral grotto is an experience in and of itself. The water was so cold and welcome after sunning in the pool. The food was amazing and the spa is top notch. 10/10"

Moon Palace Jamaica – All Inclusive

"The property was a pleasant surprise. There was evident construction at the time of this review, but it did not interfere with the experience. The staff was friendly, but do beware of the sales pitch right after checking in. It’s a little annoying after a long travel day. They have good perks, but I prefer to get to the vacation rather than listen to the pitch. They have ample pools and shoreline, water sports, and recreation. The food: The jerk hut, pier 8, Buccaneer’s Reef, Momo’s… the list goes on and is all inclusive. 24-7 ice cream/sorbet, pizza, paninis. Clubs for the children, teens, and adults, big screens, etc, I did not find myself bored. The rooms were also really nice. The beds were comfortable. I’ve been to several hotels in Jamaica; this was the most surreal one—no shade to the others. Lastly, we accidentally left my nephew’s iPad in his room when they checked out. Security held it and handed it over to us. That’s absolutely rare. I recommend and would go back."

"This hotel is definitely a hidden gem as far as the location. The pool was clean and the hot tub was actually hot. The rooms are nice, we had a very pretty view of the ocean. Our wedding party had 8 rooms at the hotel. 4 of the 8 had issues that could not be resolved (severe ant problem in bathroom, standing water in tub, broken fan, no working plugs in room, no hot water, tv not working). The complimentary breakfast is really good but they so run out of the continental items and the time you wait for your breakfast is insane (they cook everything to order). Parking is extremely limited. The staff at the hotel are AMAZING. They made the stay great even with all of the hangups."

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any times outside that window, you are on your own. That is the only thing I would suggest ."
