"Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. "

"My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. "Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! "Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."
