"Eating breakfast here was the most calmest breakfast experience I had at a theme park hotel...(ive stayed at disney resorts) Not only was the food cooked fresh every day per order and tasted delicious, but I was able to enjoy it without a massive crowd ambiance. "The staff was amazing. The pool was a nice place to relax. The breakfast wasn’t the best but I appreciated the free food that the hotel provided. One thing I just absolutely hated were the showers. If was a glass shower but don’t have shutting doors. So the bathroom got super wet and messy. The sheets and blankets were not the best.
The staff is really what made this hotel worth its higher star rating. They were great."

"The staff inside was absolutely incredible- from the Euphoria restaurant staff, to Provisions to front desk - however there was a drastic difference of staff around the pool - not very helpful or friendly.
The rooms were decent but could use some flooring updated as several pieces of our floor were chipped or taped down.
Overall the stay was a nice getaway but don’t have interest in returning."
