"My room was great with great view to ocen and also pool and with preferred club room i enjoyed the most of my stay so i did book my stay again and because the staff and hotel was really great i extended my stay and i will 100% will back again the lady on reception was very welcoming as well with great customer service than she could do for any VIP or customer. I think she was called Valentino i think with short hair."

"Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob. "We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks.
