"The rooms are big, the cleaninest are not comparable to other hotel, the security is questionable since the staff know our pass codes. The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents. On the website said breakfast included but when asked they tried to avoid it and said the restaurant was closed and brought up some bánh mi and coffee when we insisted. We sure won't...

"It was a good apartment in a good location. The only thin was that we were directly under the rooftop pool and it was very loud all night long. Not people, the sound of water."

"We booked a 2 bedroom unit, but was given a 3 bedroom, which was fine. The location in District 7 was great. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, markets, and shopping. The unit was very clean, and was spacious. We felt very safe there. Using Grab for transportation was inexpensive, and mad getting around the city very easy."

"Didn’t get to stay. Arrived at hotel late at night straight from airport and was told booking had been cancelled. Apparently email had been sent. No email received. Had to find other accommodation at midnight. So disgusted at this. What would have happened if it was 2 young girls trying to find accommodation that late at night. "
