"We frequent Custer, and began staying here last year since they are now open year round. Not all are in a tourist town.
The staff is very nice, rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast is good as well. We love this hotel and can't imagine staying elsewhere when we're in town. Nice job to management and their team"
"MY ADVICE IS LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR LODGING! The cabins are currently under construction, unkept, dirty and not private. The property owners/managers are a no show to whom you have to communicate via text message. Wi-fi is non existent, most cabins are duplexes (not exactly the peaceful getaway that one would expect for the price point) the spa, hot tub and sauna are defunct (which are advertised directly on their site) Nothing about this location justifies the 3x per night cost compared to surrounding hotels/cabins. This screams that instead of closing to renovate they are still renting out subpar bookings at the expense of paying customers. 2/10 do not recommend."
"Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out.
Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there were books and games to use at your leisure which was nice. We loved the style of the Inn itself. Restaurant next door was a great atmosphere for kids, grab and go kinda food was good and not too pricey.
Overall would love to come back for a visit when its a bit warmer to use the outdoor pool also. "
"There were bugs in our room, bugs in the pool & the hot tub. I tried to tell the front desk, but he was hanging out with a kid and some women in the lobby, & the bugs were already there"
