Khách sạn Tilaran

"The only amenity at this hotel is air conditioning. The room has paper thin walls that the plaster/paint was falling off of. The bathroom sink had moss or mold growing out of the cracked caulking. The front desk staff wasn’t around for us to check out early."

"This resort lived up to our expectations. It was more expensive than other places, but they lived up to the expectation and went above and beyond in many different areas. We went for a honeymoon and they gave us many upgrades and made our experience really special. Food prices are high, but if you’re smart, you can still enjoy your time and pick some lower cost items that are fantastic."

"The entire staff was amazing. What a peaceful property and lovely people :))"

"Pools were excellent"

"This place was beautiful . Breakfast was great so much to choose from. The rooms were so clean and comfy. House keeping was very helpful."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Resort – Highly Recommend! What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning property and the overall atmosphere. The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous, and every detail added to its charm. The pools were beautiful, clean, and heated, which made them even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our housekeeper was wonderful and trustworthy, and our room was always...

"Had a lovely weekend stay here. The view over Lake Arenal is unbelievable! Ana was a delight every morning and made wonderful breakfasts. Her sweet cats roaming around on the property was a huge plus for me. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and undisturbed but still only 20 minutes from restaurants/conveniences. There are toucans in the trees next to the bungalow every morning."

"The property was very clean and beautiful. We felt safe there."

"This is an amazing place to stay. The food at the restaurant is very good the service provided by each and every staff member is truly great. They really are exceptional with their customer service. The view facing the Arenal volcano is breathtaking. Will definitely recommend this place."

"Checking was easy and we felt welcomed by the staff. There is security everywhere so always felt very safe. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was fine but there was no handheld in the shower and the bathtub has a high ledge. They are very strict about their towels and are careful to explain we would be charged if any went missing. I get it, but the pool towels get wet quickly and never dry so I wasn’t exactly sure what to do with those. Parking was easy and free. The food at the...

"This resort was so wonderful with stunning views. Highly recommend to all travelers especially couples."
