"According to the website for this property there are cribs available. When I called for one the first night, I was advised there were none available. In the morning at the front desk, I asked how many cribs they had on site. I was then advised they do not have cribs. Then I was told they have some type of playpen children can sleep in. That had not been advised the evening before. With regard to the website I was told I would have to speak to someone else(manager). The response to not having been offered an option the night before was that the rep I was speaking to in the morning had not been working last night. When I checked out I was asked if I was satisfied and I said I was not. When I said why the response was oh, you booked thru a 3rd party. Who I booked thru has nothing to do with what you offer on the property website. I come to Vernon annually for a family reunion. So do 50-100 of my family members. We've doing this since 1934 and we are aware of the lodging options available."

"No pool. It was half full of filthy water. Insulation strips were coming off the door. Void under tub was full of water. Felt like we were balancing on a water ballon while showering. Staff was unwilling to refund money and cancel reservation even over 48 hours notice."

"Checks your sheets before laying down!! Almost laid down and looked at the sheets full of hair and stains on them! Nice hotel tho not bad it was just the sheets that made the stay feel weird."

"Just stay for the night won’t ever do that again , too my children to swim and the hot tub was so dirty and rusty looking , my children had to use the restroom and I have to take her to our room because the brathroom smelled like cigarettes and who ever used it last didn’t flush so we had a surprise as soon and we stepped in. I will for sure next time go somewhere else"
