We recently stayed at Castle Boutique Hotel for 3 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect in the heart of the city and within the ancient castle walls. Free parking and within walking distance of attractions and restaurants.
We cannot fault the cleanliness the room/hotel it was spotless and well-maintained. The shower was fabulous and had a mini bar if needed.
The real deal that made our stay welcoming was the staff who were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful surprise after returning from a day out, I was greeted by the manager and staff who gave me a delicious cake with candles and sang happy birthday to me!! :-) I will remember this for ever, Thankyou so much, it was appreciated more than you know.
If I had to make a suggestion, a kettle in the room would have been welcome, but saying that, there are bars just outside to get a coffee.
Do not hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed, 10/10 for us
